December Collection of Blankies and Beds for Pixie Mamas Dog Rescue
You ladies are so generous!!! Kathy Dublinski headed our second community service project for the fall of 2013. Toni Mertel pitched in helping Kathy and delivering the collection to their grateful recipients. All total, there were 68 Blankets and Beds to help our little furry friends during these very cold days and nights.
Thank you to everyone who participated in all our community service project in 2013. 2014 announcements will be made soon. If you have a suggestion please let Linda Lee know ASAP.

September 5, 2013 Meeting
Our Fashion Show to kick off National Sewing Month. Reminder of the two community service projects, notes on changes to the Buffalo ASG meeting place, date and time. Also mentioned were happening in Marie's Sewing Center, future meeting topics and a great Bring 'n' Brag. We also discussed, with much happiness, the great post cards that were sent to us by the newly formed Hoopla Sisters NG Embroidered Group of ASG Plano, Texas. Congratulations and good luck to these wonderful ladies. They made 27 postcards in once day!!!
Thank you to all who participated - our great audience and especially Don Walters our Commentator for our Fashion Show. There were so many great items. The Bib Don is wearing is for the Nuns at Stella Niagara created by Donna Kathke.

February Meeting Notes
What a wonderful meeting with Kathy Dublinski giving a great seminar type presentation on organization for not only your sewing room and fabrics, but for your life in general. Great job Kathy. I only wish I could be half as organized as you... Among the things Kathy talked about was the organization of your fabrics that are in tubs or packed away...number those containers and in a notebook or notecard place a swatch, name of fabrics, when purchased, what made and the number of the bin...EXCELLENT IDEA....
FOR SURE KATHY NAILED IT...thank you.
Thank you also to Laurie for taking great notes for me. I really appreciate it.
Carson was our special guest
Laurie cleaned out and was giving her stuff away. Way to share, Laurie - thank you - I took some magazines.
Marcy's shirt made from fabric she purchased in France

Pam's beautiful quilt
Marcy digitized the circles from the back of her quilt to use on the front of her quilt. I love the red, white and black ideas.
